Professional Bow Tune-up

Our professional tune-ups are designed to make your bow shoot more accurately and safely there for increasing your success and enjoyment of the sport.

Whether you are toeing the line for the provincial championship or drawing back on the trophy of a lifetime, our tune-ups will help you succeed!

We start each tune-up by recording all the vital measurements of your bow at static rest and full draw.

We then disassemble the bow, clean and lubricate limb pivot points, remove, inspect, clean and grease the axles.

After re-assembling the bow we then set the cam lean, cam synchronization and cam timing at static rest and full draw. Next we set the limb tiller, poundage, arrow rest center shot and height, then lastly nock height.

After this is complete, we record all of the new measurements on our spec sheets along with comments and recommendations on your set-up. This sheet will be kept on file in the shop but if you want a copy for your records we'll be happy to give you one. This service can be combined with the installation of new strings and cables if needed. We will need to know what poundage you would like to shoot and we will make sure your are shooting the correct arrow for your set up. You will have to leave your bow with us and we will do our best to ensure a reasonable turnaround time. You will need to be in the shop when we need to set the peep and/or kisser height. You can do this during regular hours or you can book an after hours appointment with us.

Annually we run our coupon special from January to March. This coupon is for a fixed shop rate and is a great value for anyone who owns archery equipment. Most serious bowhunters make this a yearly service to ensure their bows are in top condition for the upcoming season.
